Iain Abernethy seminar, Walker, 30th July 2017

Today, Sensei Craig had the pleasure of attending a seminar at the Walker activity dome with Iain Abernethy, the seminar covered the language of kata, it adressed such things as angles,stances and limb control as recorded in katas and how the katas are applied in self defence situations. I would like to thank my friend who I had previously met in the seminar in Burton on Trent Andrew Seldon-Thompson for hosting such a insightful and enjoyable seminar.
